Breastfeeding can be challenging! A Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) can help you overcome these struggles, keep you and your baby healthy, and guide you on the road to reaching your breastfeeding goals. We like to say that breastfeeding is like learning a dance. You will fumble at first, step on each other’s toes, feel like you will never get it right, and then- you find your groove. Your dance will look different from someone else’s, but that’s the beauty. Everyone implements the moves in their own way. We can help get you there.
We are here to help you along every step of your breastfeeding journey. From preparing for that initial latch to the day you wean, and everything in between. If it pertains to feeding your baby, we can help you, in person locally, or via nationwide telehealth. Some common reasons to see a lactation consultant:

- clogged ducts, thrush, mastitis
- older baby feeding issues

We are here to help you at every step of the way! From helping to set you up for breastfeeding success before your baby is born, to the time you wean off breast milk, and everything in between. Requesting your appointment early is ideal, before your minor concerns become major issues. We do understand that it isn’t always possible to get ahead of the issues, and that sometimes a problem comes on out of nowhere. With 15 dedicated and highly skilled lactation consultants on our staff, we make every attempt to see families as quickly as possible.
We are in-network with most major insurance companies. Our classes and consults are typically covered at 100%, meaning no out of pocket cost to you! If pre-verification of benefits or physician referral is required, we will obtain those for you.

Our team of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), certified Breastfeeding Educators, and Administrative staff are passionate about helping you and your family through pregnancy, infancy and beyond. Our RN IBCLCs have extensive nursing backgrounds in Women’s Services specialties, including nursery, NICU, postpartum, and labor & delivery.
Caring for an infant is both rewarding and demanding, but with a little bit of help and a lot of love, together we can make it a smooth transition.
