1. What makes My Pure Delivery bags unique?
My Pure Delivery pre-packaged hospital labor bags were designed by a neonatal nurse who is also a lactation consultant. This bag contains healthier products for healthier mamas and babies. We utilize reliable resources such as the Skin Deep database and Good Guide to research products and ingredients. Diba passionately advocates for baby health policies and avidly educates parents and health care providers. Not only will you benefit from the research that Diba has done on each product in the bag, but you can rest assured knowing that the products selected will be very useful during your childbirth and beyond. The products in our My Pure Delivery labor bags are products that we use ourselves and recommend to our family and friends.
2. Do I have to order from the website or can I call in and place my order?
Please feel free to call one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-908-9452 to place your order. Please leave a message with your name and phone number if no one is available to answer your call and we’ll get right back to you.
3. What’s your shipping rates?
We know how important it is to our customers to save money on shipping. We now offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States! *Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and any other non-continental US territory. Free shipping rates apply only to standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground, unless you request faster shipping. USPS Ground takes 2-8 business days depending on proximity to Texas. At our discretion, we may also send via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States and do not ship internationally.
5. How long until I receive my bag?
Normal processing time is 5 business days. Once your bag ships, you should receive it in 3-8 business days depending on your location.
6. What is your return/refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, return your My Pure Delivery bag within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the item purchase price. To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with original packaging.
To help keep our prices low and to provide free shipping on qualifying orders, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit amount. In case of delivery errors or defective products, this charge will NOT apply.
We will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for return shipping expenses. Please be sure to call or email prior to sending so we can assign you a return claim number.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash; therefore, the entire gift certificate must be used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for gift certificates that have been lost or stolen.
7. Do you charge a sales tax?
Orders submitted in Texas or any orders shipped to Texas, will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.
8. When should I order my My Pure Delivery bag?
My Pure Delivery bags can be ordered anytime. Ideally, it is best to order your My Pure Delivery hospital bag at least six weeks before your due date. This gives you plenty of time to receive your bag and if your little one decides to come into the world sooner than expected, you will be ready to go.
If you need your My Pure delivery bag sooner, give us a call and we can put a rush on it for you.
9. Why do you ask for my sizing information?
Depending on the My Pure Delivery bag you choose, socks, underwear, and an organic hospital gown are included and we want to ensure proper sizing for comfort.
Organic, non-slip socks are included in the Basic, Deluxe and Posh Mama bags. Sizing is as follows:
- Small (S)- Women’s 4-6
- Medium (M)- Women's 6.5-9.5
- Large (L)- Women's 10-13
Disposable polypropylene underwear are included in the Basic, Deluxe and Posh Mama bags. Sizing is as follows (use you pre-pregnancy size):
- Small (S)- Size 2-6 (Hips 36”-39”)
- Medium (M)- Size 8-10 (Hips 40”-41”)
- Large (L)- Size 12-14 (Hips 42”-43.5”)
- 2 XL (XXL)- Size 16-18 (Hips 45”-46”)
An organic cotton hospital gown is included in the Posh Mama bag. Feel gorgeous and comfy in your very own hospital gown! Your new gown features:

Gowns come in the following sizes:
- Small/Medium (S/M) fits pre-pregnancy 0-10
- Large/XLarge (L/XL) fits pre-pregnancy 10-16
- 2 XL (XXL) fits pre-pregnancy 16-20
10. I want to buy a baby shower gift but I don’t know the mother-to-be’s sizing information.
Not a problem at all! Our gift certificates are the perfect solution if you don’t know mom’s size or not sure which bag she would rather have. Just click here to access our Gift Certificate page, enter the dollar amount you wish to spend, and print or email to the mother-to-be. It’s that easy!
Gift certificates will arrive to the email address of your choosing within 24 hours. No sales tax is charged on the gift certificate purchase. However, taxes may apply to orders paid for with the gift certificate (please refer to question #7 discussing sales tax). Promotional codes may not be used to purchase gift certificates, but may be used when redeeming gift certificates.
When redeeming gift certificates, both a gift certificate and credit card may be used to pay for the order. If both are used, we will charge the gift certificate first; the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. Please remember: Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash; therefore, the entire gift certificate must be used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for gift certificates that have been lost or stolen.
11. What do you mean by saying, “We are Green”?
We strive to reduce our carbon footprint in every way possible. Here are just a few things that we do to protect our Earth:
- We use recycled materials in our packaging and shipping.
- Our booklets and brochures are printed on recycled paper and are printed with soy ink.
- We clean our office and warehouse with non-toxic, green cleaners.
- We recycle plastics, boxes, glass, and printer cartridges.
- Our delivery vehicle is fuel efficient.
