My husband and I work late some evenings and of course the childbirth classes offered near us were either all filled on our days off or during days we worked late which made this online class perfect for us! The class itself was extremely convenient considering we had 60 days to complete it (it only took us around 10 days). The chapters were easy to follow and took less than an hour each to complete. Although some of the information in the class was common sense, each chapter was very helpful with videos, worksheets, and games. I appreciated that the class discussed the stages of labor and all options open as far as comfort relief/pain management from breathing and visualization to hydrotherapy. It also thoroughly discussed medications and the risks/benefits of each to both the mother and baby. After finishing the class, I do feel prepared for my baby's arrival and feel that this course was worth every penny!
